A keyword is used as an alternative when you have forgotten your password or are locked out. For new sign-on's a Keyword is mandatory and must be established. For existing sign-on's the Keyword can be updated/changed if required.
Keyword must be 4-6 alphanumeric characters.
Keyword must not match your password.

From now on, you will only need the email address and password associated to your MyTravelport account to log into Smartpoint Desktop.
